Market Update
The year over year growth of active listings has been on very consistent steady pace of growth unlike the dramatic numbers we saw in 2017 and early 2018. In certain areas multiple offers are continuing to happen!!
· Average Prices continue to grow at a healthy steady pace of low single digit percentage increases on a year over year basis!!
